About my persona

Lawliet was the name picked because it supposedly means "Last one" and "Lost one",Not including some theorization made by Death Note fans that it might mean "Low light" in comparison to Light Yagami's name. Particularly, the character's peculiarities mildly resonate with both my virtual and IRL personality,

Much like Wednesday Addams and Maomao from The Apothecary Diaries.

But also because for a few years, I developed a special interest into the One Piece character, Trafalgar Law. Though I didn't want to use his exact name, I liked it and it's what most people call me by on the internet nowadays.

As of now, my story is still in the bare bones of the process and I am indecisive about a lot of the key aspects of it, but what can I tell you for now is that this is my life's passion project, and I have every intention of finishing it.My (delusional) plans include not only three books but a visual novel, an animated series and possibly a mini-game.

All I have right now is this, though, but I hope you enjoy it! (This is susceptible to drastic changes in the future):

The genre is somewhere in the sci-fi space mystery pipeline with a dash of romance, psychological horror and lots of adventure!

THE VOIDFALL

One day, the world turned upside down. Criers and prayers were uttered in every single language known to tongue, pleading—to no avail—towards the torn skies that spilled cosmic energy down below, a bleeding wound on humanity's shield.Injecting itself deep through the flesh of the Earth, slowly intoxicating its marrow, making the planet sickly with ailment.The first impacts struck Antarctica, spreading across the globe towards South Africa and Argentina, then Uruguay, Brazil, and so on. The ecosystem crumbled, giving way to chaos as populations vanished in incandescent flames.Survivors crawled to the underground, in scraped knees and calloused hands, swallowed by the soil where the radiation hadn't sunk its claws too deep in yet. Biding their time for a few decades longer, desperate, hurting from nature's boiling rage.Death followed, haunting living corpses that had already been buried beneath the dirt.Many died from the heat that set them alight the moment the fabric had been ripped open, the rest developing cancerous conditions in otherwise healthy bodies that soon became deceased at the rapidly advancing illness. A small group became blind as moles, confined to the darkness beneath the earth they used to walk on.Entire religions, cultures, and bloodlines were lost to time, fragments of their existence barely, if ever, reminisced in the memories of those still clinging onto life.It was hell on Earth.

But the question that remains is,Are we the sinners, or the demons? And what are we being punished for?
